The data controller of the personal data collected and processed through the website www.nomadabazaar.com is by NOMADA BAZAAR. This Privacy Policy shall also apply to the sales conducted and the services rendered through our e-commerce platforms.

Payment
We collect your personal information such as your name, phone number, email address and billing address when you place an order with us. That information is collected so we can process and fulfil your order plus send you all necessary information including shipping information and the status of your order. Payment information, like credit card numbers, is processed by Stripe, a PCI certified payment service which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Security

Therefore, risking to be accessed and used by third party people or entities that are not authorised. In such cases NOMADA BAZAAR cannot be held responsible for acts of invasive behaviours. Nonetheless, NOMADA BAZAAR will try to work closely together with its users to ensure that such situations do not occur.
